Located in the Maising district of Pöcking, Gasthaus Georg Ludwig Maising offers a garden, terrace and on-site restaurant. The restaurant is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Coming from NZ this is exactly how we imagined a small village guesthouse might be. It was wonderful and we loved the surroundings and the rooms. Very modern bathrooms and spotlessly clean. The attached restaurant was great and we enjoyed sitting outside drinking beer and wine. Perfect!

Location. I love water. Swam in the Lake. Room was large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and nice view of lake I wish I had booked 2 nights Very very nice. I would definitely come again. Situated right on the shore of the Starnberger See lake, this family-run hotel enjoys a peaceful setting away from traffic, while offering quick access to Munich. The stuff is very very helpful and kind. Breakfast is tasty 🤩 Bad is really comfortable 🤩 Hotel is clean. All recommend.
