Owner and staff excellent with a good breakfast assortment.
Owner and staff excellent with a good breakfast assortment. Room was large though washroom tight. Downside was the weather as high (record) temperatures and humidity made the stay unpleasant as no air conditioning though owner did bring us a fan to move the hot air. Restaurant close by with good food.
The Hotel Staff were extremely friendly throghout our stay in fact one of them waited around for us to arrive and then to show us to our rooms, a fantastic reception after a long day of travelling. The room was very clean and very well laid out with ample space. Breakfast was delicious ! The hotel is located close enough to the motorway to be easy to find but far enough away so as not to be hear any noise. A great stay and we will definitely look to return if we pass this way again.
Suite with kitchenette is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The big sunny terrace with outdoor furniture. Renovated spotless bathrooms with shower and bath is roomy. A lot of towels are provided. Quite place right at the Kurpark. 1 minute walk to the Vital Classica Thermes. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. WiFi is good. Breakfast is not variable but sufficient.
The traditional bavarian style of decor was second to none. It was beautifully clean and comfortable. The bathroom was astounding and we had two balconies one off the living room and the other off the bedroom. lovely surroundings to look out onto. The hotelier was very nice and helpful and could speak english too.
Breakfast was, in fact, wonderful. The room was very quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Nice plate of fruit and a bottle of water to greet us.
The restaurant was top notch, we ate dinner there in the evening. 26 Euro per person for a 3 course meal!
The proximity to the Therme (literally facing) was perfect.
Excellent Side Facilities: The hotel offers commendable side amenities like complimentary transport within the area and access to a thermal spa.
Helpful Staff: Although their training seems lacking, the staff members are genuinely kind and try their best to assist guests.

Excellent and frendly staff. What you expect from a small German Hotel, they care. We had a very good and special Breakfast on Easter Sunday. I would recommend this hotel
